An international open-source project used by a community around the world. The work is the logic behind computer-controlled characters: deciding what they do and when. The bot behaviour subsystem alone spans more than 50 C++ files and roughly 26,000 lines, inside a much larger game server codebase. It means untangling complex decision-making, keeping the code tidy and consistent, and finishing what gets started, the same habits that go into client software. Steady activity over a long stretch is how this turned into an administrator role on the project.
FiatLux CRM is our own product, currently in development. The code is proprietary, so there is no public link, but the second-best proof after public code is a product we have to live with ourselves. It is multi-tenant by design: every record is scoped to an organization at the query layer, and that isolation is checked with tests, not just assumed.
It runs on React 19 with TypeScript, TanStack Start for server-side rendering, and Cloudflare Workers with a D1 database, Drizzle as the ORM, and better-auth for accounts, organizations, and invites. Built modules include contacts, companies, a deals pipeline, tasks, tickets, invoices and quotes, follow-up sequences, automations, reports, an audit log, custom fields, file attachments, API keys with webhooks, Stripe billing, and a public booking page.
Static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, no build step and no frameworks. It runs under a strict Content-Security-Policy: nothing inline, and the only external request is the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on the contact form. English and Croatian are full static mirrors linked with hreflang, and the fonts are self-hosted.
